Sales terms and conditions
These terms cover any and all sales agreed upon between the company called “COLORE MA VIE” or the “seller” and either an individual or an entity wishing to purchase via the COLORE MA VIE website, referred to as the “buyer” or the “client”.

Subject
By purchasing goods via the COLORE MA VIE website the client agrees that he has read these terms and understands them and agrees to be legally bound by them.
These terms overwrite any other conditions.
COLORE MA VIE has the right to modify those terms at any given time. In that case the valid terms will be those in place the day of the purchase order.
The products
The products offered are those listed in the published catalog on the COLORE MA VIE website.
They are provided according to their supply availability.
Actual products may differ from the pictures.
Prices
The prices listed in the catalog include added value taxes. These prices are valid for France and the European Community members. Any changes in the tax will involve a change of price.

The prices do not include the handling and shipping fees.
Order
The buyer has to:

· Make the payment
· Confirm the order and the payment
By confirming the order, you the buyer agree that you have read these terms, understand them and agree to be legally bound by them.
COLORE MA VIE will confirm by email receiving the order.
Return policy
Without giving any reason you may withdraw from the contract in writing (e.g. by letter or by email) or by sending the goods back within 14 days after receipt . The withdrawal shall be addressed to PRANDIALIB, COLORE MA VIE, 15 avenue Alan Turing, France.
Payment conditions
The price must be paid in full when ordering.
COLORE MA VIE accepts credit cards, wire transfer, cheques (bank located in France).

An invoice will be available in the client account on the COLORE MA VIE website.
Order and handling process
The client’s order will be processed once the payment has been accepted (cashed in cheques for the cheque payment).
The handling process of that order will require a maximum of 1 working days unless specified otherwise by COLORE MA VIE (vacation, out of stock or any other reasons).
Shipping
COLORE MA VIE will use the shipping address provided by the client while ordering on the website. In the case of mistakes or change in that address COLORE MA VIE is not responsible for not being able to deliver the ordered products.
Given shipping times are only an estimation and are not guaranteed.
Any delay doesn’t allow the client to cancel the order or refuse the merchandise nor does it imply reimbursement or indemnification.
Shipping time should be added to the handling process.
Warranty
All products sold by COLORE MA VIE are under the legal warranty according to the article 1641 of the French Civil Code.
In case of hidden defects or lack of conformity of the sold product only, COLORE MA VIE will replace or reimburse the product.
All claim should be done by mail at the following address within 90 days after receiving the goods : PRANDIALIB , COLORE MA VIE, 15 avenue Alan Turing, France.
The reimbursement of the returned items will be done by COLORE MA VIE at the same price and using the same method of payments than the purchase of the products.
Any returned item that will be incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be accepted, replaced nor reimbursed.
Force majeure
In case of unforeseen events and force majeure (including strikes) COLORE MA VIE will no longer be bound by any obligation towards its clients.
Intellectual property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of COLORE MA VIE.
COLORE MA VIE, COLORE MA SANTE’s trademark and logo and all our models have been registered.
Any copy, partial or total, of this logo or of our models is forbidden without COLORE MA VIE’s authorization.
Data Privacy
In accordance with the French Data Privacy law of January 6, 1978, as amended by the law of August 6, 2004, the collection and processing of the client's personal COLORE MA VIE the Website have been declared to the CNIL (declaration number 1771066) and the client has a right of access, modification and deletion of the processing of his personal data.
COLORE MA VIE RANDIALIB reserve the right to collect data regarding the buyer, eventually by using cookies.
The buyer may object to disclosure of his details by a written notification (email or mail) to COLORE MA VIE.
As per the 6th of January 1978 law, the buyer can also access or rectify his details at any time.
COLORE MA VIE will use the buyer details only when necessary, for example in order to contact the buyer and/or ensure the good treatment of his order.
The delivery place details of the buyer are communicated to our subcontractor in charge of parcel preparation.
Buyer details can also be used internaly for commercial prospection purpose or stastitic studies. These studies will deal with customer satisfaction or service level. They aim at improving them and better satisfy customer needs.
Filing – proof
COLORE MA VIE will save orders and invoices on a trustworthy backup so as to have a faithful copy in accordance with the French Civil Code 1348 clause.
The COLORE MA VIE computer records will be considered by both parties involved as a proof of the communications, orders, payments and transactions between them.
Dispute settlement
These online sales terms are subject to the French law.
In case of dispute, the seller and the buyer will try and resolve the matter amicably.
If the mediation doesn't succed, competence falls within the juridiction of the LILLE Commercial Court.
